Inn Amenities
Number of rooms	6 guest rooms outside and 3 Suites in the Main House
Size of beds	6 kings & 3 queens all with private bathrooms. (2) have private entrances.
Internet access in guest rooms	We do have access in the main house and can offer two private rooms, including our library, as conference areas. Wireless internet is available in all the rooms.
Television in room	Yes.  All rooms have TV but it is limited to broadcast networks (three channels). All rooms have DVD Players and/or VCR Players. We have an extensive movie collection available to our guests with over 300 movies to choose from prior to your arrival. You are also welcome to bring your own movies or rent them from a local movie rental facility.
Coffee pot in room	The Belle Victorian Guest House (c.1890) has a Coffee/Tea buffet as well as snacks and goodies which are stocked throughout the day. The poolside bungalow has a coffee pot.
Privacy	Absolutely!!!  The only noises out here are the birds chirping. Stay where you won't hear the trains.
Work stations in rooms	(3) rooms have a desk/work area. We also have a Gathering Room in the Belle. We have a fax machine. Checking email is not a problem as free wireless internet access is available.
Food delivered to room	Absolutely!  Arrangment prior to arrival is required.
Other	Inquire about a “last minute discounts.”  We welcome one night stays.
Pets?	Will consider it. But, small pets (under 15lbs) only, please.
Children	Due to the swimming pool, we prefer our guests to be at least 12 years old.
Cost	Our inn prices are based upon. double occupancy with breakfast. Because we are 1.5 miles from town, our occupancy tax is only 6%, please add to cost. If you're not interested in breakfast, please let us know at booking, so we can offer you the best available price.
Weddings / Events	For weddings and events, please call to request an event  packet.  We can host up to 100 guests inside and 400 outside.
Pool	Come take a dip to cool off in the hot summer, or enjoy reading  your favorite novel under the gazebo by the pool year round.
Location	Approximately 2 minutes from Jefferson; 15 minutes from  Marshall; 40 minutes from Longview; 45 minutes from Shreveport; 90 minutes from Tyler; and 2.5 hours from Dallas

Tours	By appointment.  $10 per person plus sales tax.  Approximately 30minutes.
Hiking	A serene forest hike, on a dirt county road, is on the property line.
Payment	All major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa), checks, cash are accepted.
Policies
Reservation Policy	The rates are based on double-occupancy only. Reservations require a first night deposit. A two-night minimum may be required during special events and holidays. A $25 fee per person, per night, plus tax will be charge for any additional person in the room.
Cancellation Policy	A cancellation notice is required seven days prior to arrival. A full room rate will be charged for “no shows”.  We request a thirty day notice of cancellation for special events and holidays. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing or via email.  To cancel a reservation, please call us at 800-468-2627 or 903-665-3535 or email us at reservations@classicinn.com.  A confirmation of the cancellation will be sent to you.  No cancellations are accepted by leaving a telephone message. All cancellations are in writing or via return email from us.
Check-in / Check-out	Check-in is 3-7 p.m.  If you plan to check-in after 7 p.m., or need to check-in before 3 p.m., please notify the innkeeper in advance. We are happy to make arrangements around your busy schedule. Check-out is Noon.  We will gladly hold your luggage until your departure time, while we prepare for other guests arriving to the inn.
Alcohol	“At Twin Oaks Plantation Inn we only count Happy Hours.”  You are welcome to bring your own as we have all the appropriate glassware you'll need. Complimentary White and Red wine are available to our over 21 guests. “Cheers”
Smoking	Smoking is allowed on the patios, courtyard and pool areas ONLY. If you do smoke, please clean-up your smoking butts and ashes.  Regard for the nonsmokers staying at the inn is always appreciated. Smoking in the room will require a $50 cleaning fee which is non-refundable and will be charged to your credit card.
Brides	Please call for information or to set-up an appointment to visit the plantation site.
